We are a growing and seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and senior management team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, multitasking, and professionalism are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with modern office technologies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including typing, proofreading, transcription, data entry, and filing.
  • Coordinate projects and assist with event planning for company functions and meetings.
  • Handle office phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as front desk duties, customer service interactions, and general clerical responsibilities.
  • Maintain organized records and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Support basic bookkeeping
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and communicating with team members.
  • Provide personal assistant support to the CEO, including travel arrangements, personal scheduling, and confidential correspondence.

We are seeking an experienced accounting manager/bookkeeper to join our team. This role will be responsible for accounting operations of the company, including all month end close processes and analysis of production costs in financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of project records, to adhere to the comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, and have a good understanding of Construction Accounting
